    Mostly satisfied

    Made reservations online for 6x10 climate controlled storage unit. Confirmation came very quickly with additional reminders up to and including move in date (about 3 weeks total). Unfortunately, upon arrival for check in, was informed unit reserved was not available. Larger was available but I opted for smaller, non climate controlled unit. Check in process was very smooth. Just disappointed in the reservation system.

    Needed to find storage close to both the house and our business as it would be for both. I also knew I would be riding solo most of the time while transporting our 8 month old daughter so a drive up unit would be most ideal. I submitted my reservation and within the hour received a call from the manager, Cindy, who said I could come in right away and fill out the paperwork. From first click to first item unloaded into the unit was just under 90 minutes, on a Sunday no less. So far, I couldn't be happier with the service, ease of reservation, and access to our unit. I have gone there about 6 times in the past 3 weeks already. Definitely a good decision.
