Easy Peasy

Did everything online, no issues. When I called the actual site, I got a call back within a half hour. Came by the day prior to move in at a prescribed time and although the manager was not in the office as he was supposed to be, he called me back in twenty minutes. The on-site walk through was easy. My only wish is that the online could have been a little more explicit with information, like you will receive your gate code the day before move in.

Awesome staff is awesome!

One thing is they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t allow you to use the dumpster and they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have carts.

Super Stressed Moving Short Notice

I was so stress outﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦme & my husband forced to move out of our home because of a no good noisy sex offender Jason Gulley neighbor harassing us daily until finally we had to move and the lady behind the desk at the public storage on realty road was such a good spirit she had me smiling ear to ear as I walked out of that office I forgot all my troubles for just a moment and it was all because of the employee behind the desk! I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t catch her name but feel like I should send her lots of thanks and wish more people in the world were like her!

It is really clean and the staff is very friendly but it is one of the smaller public storage locations. It is tucked away on a side street which I liked. It feels extremely secure.

This facility is always clean. I have never had any problems while storing my things at this location. Debbie is always very helpful and courteous when speaking with her.

Nice staff, very friendly.. but no cameras, industrial area... but people who work there are superb....

Cindy was on duty when I came in to rent my unit and she was GREAT!!! Very helpful, Very efficient and did everything in her power to make my rental experience great and it WAS! Thank you Cindy!

Debbie was wonderful! The site is convenient but, tucked away and in a good area. Customer service is genuine!! Impossible to find these days across most service oriented industries. I shopped around first and I would recommend this location specifically over any other storage facility in this area. Clean, convenient and courteous!
