Over all great customer service. Ted is friendly and cracked a few jokes with me. He was able to help narrow down the best unit for my budget. I came in at the last minute and even then was able to quickly and efficiently get me to me unit.

My first time renting a storage unit

Lisa, the general manager of the facility is super helpful and very pleasant to deal with over the phone. The property is clean and secure. I feel good knowing my belongings are being stored there and will be safe. Good people and great price. Michael was helpful in getting the paperwork taken care of and it didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t take as long as I thought it would have from start to finish. Definitely would recommend friends and family to this business.

Great customer service from Lisa

Lisa is the property manager and she was very knowledgeable and made the whole transaction go smoothly. The price for a 10x10 outside access is very overpriced though. You'd think with the pandemic going on and people experiencing hardships they'd make them more affordable. Plus the gate isn't working so really anyone can enter

The Office Manager, Lisa, is fantastic! She saved the day when I was confused by the implications of reserving the unit online prior to actually moving into the unit. But all is good; Lisa ultimately made the process easy and pleasant!

I accidently forgot my debit card and the attendant brought it to me in a tissue along with an alcohol wipe. Nice guy! The facility is very nice too.
