This was my first time renting a storage unit and I was a little intimidated, but their website makes it easy to get an idea of what size space you need. On top of that, when I went in in-person to pay and get my keys, etc., Mary helped me. She is the consummate professional, and made everything very clear, answering my questions and getting me set up. Managing my account online and being able to call with any questions made this move a much less stressful experience!

Update May 31, 2017 - Mary and Kim were very helpful and supportive in my move-out process. Although I do not need my great 10 x 15 ft space at this time, I would not hesitate to return to this convenient location and work with these professional ladies again. Thank you for providing safe, clean, and easily accessed storage! Mary showed me an available climate controlled storage unit which met my needs very well. She guided me through the process as I am a first-time storage space renter. The location is convenient, clean, easy-to-acess, and I feel safe while entering and leaving my storage unit. Mary answered all my questions and was helpful and professional during the rental process.

Thank you Mary and Kim!! It's been such a great experience renting here, and they make it easy and pleasant whenever I have questions or concerns. The place is spotless, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone! :)
