Nice place for short term storage

Great customer service and good facility. Only downside was having to put code every time to open the doors while moving stuff into the building hard to do when carrying something. Have to put it down rush and put the code, pick your items back up and hurry through the door before it closes on you. Kinda of a hassle.

Great value and service. The online reservation process was easy. Ben the manager made the onsite process very smooth. His attention and helpfulness was much appreciated. He even helped me cleaning up a mess I made (I dropped a glass).

I had to move out fairly quick due to storm damage to my apartment and was stressed, especially during a pandemic and mid semester. CubeSmart was both very helpful and professional. There were no hidden fees and the unit was as described. Coming from CA originally, I was pleasantly surprised this was the case.

The location is easy to access and find. I had to push my move-in date back and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

This Cube Smart location is very convenient in relation to my house, which was perhaps the biggest draw initially. Omar got me set up and immediately I knew I was in good hands. This guy is professional and thorough. The building and grounds are extremely clean and seemingly safe. I’d actually drive out of my way in the future to rent here again.

Had an easy experience booking, selecting and moving into a unit. We needed a place to use for a few months during a remodel and it’s been a pain-free experience! It was one less thing to worry about with so much else going right now!
