    Great customer service and management decent prices

    Manager and assistant explained everything perfectly and gave awesome customer service. Met us at the unit number to make sure we were happy with the unit. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

    The lady in charge was great.

    Great facility and ideally located for us. The lady who waited on us (Lynn, I think) was very helpful and accommodating in the use of the truck. And... the use of the truck is an added wonderful bonus.

    Immediate fulfillment of my needs!

    I decided I needed a storage unit and Uncle Bob's was the right one. I went online and found them in less than 10 minutes. It was exactly what I needed and in my price range. I put in a reservation and went in that day. I viewed the property and rented a unit. Less than 30 minutes later I had my storage unit. Very fast and accurate. Thank you for a great service!

    Clean & Friendly

    I needed a unit ASAP, and Uncle Bob's had not only the best prices in the area but FREE box truck rental. I made my reservation online, so sign up was a breeze when I got there. Customer service was very friendly and helpful and both the truck and unit were clean. I highly recommend Uncle Bob's in Arlington.
