    Great service over all

    I called made reservations . The person on the phone set me up with what I needed. The next day I went to unit and was greeted knowing who I was and what I needed. I felt she knew what I was looking for and could explain everything about the units.

    It is a little difficult to get in and out but good prices

    The onsite management has been wonderful so far. The entrance is a bit narrow for moving trucks but I don't use those so I'm fine with it. It is also a very quick turn from a service road so getting in and out is difficult but I also see that as a plus as not many thieves are going to want to deal with it :)

    On demand even in a crunch! I reserved my storage unit and couldn't change it online, and they sent Ms Connie to help me set up my account from 1 of their 3 storage facilities clean safe and friendly!!!

    May or may not recommend

    I would recommend the facility on price and service, but not on cleanliness or apparent security. Plus, I believe it to be in a flood prone area.

    We had a good experience over all! Starr was very helpful and efficient in getting us situated. The usable space was bit underwhelming because of the interior framing and older type of door.
