    When originally signing the rental agreement, the mgr was great. The prices are extremely reasonable and units are clean...

    plenty of room

    We found there was plenty of room to store what we needed to store. I like that is two doors to make it easier to remove when time. The only problem is the latch...had a hard time opening and closing it.

    Great service at an affordable price

    It was a pleasure to work with the owner of Ideal Storage. My needs were met in a respectful and courteous manner: the owner went out of his way in making sure that I had adequate space for my belongings when cubic volume was in question. I was met exactly on time at the premises and wholeheartedly recommend this company to all in need of their service.

    RODENT INFESTED!

    DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BELONGINGS RUINED WITH RODENT INFESTATION! My daughter stored her belongings here while she transitioned from University to her Career job. When she went to clear out her locker EVERYTHING was covered with feces and urine. She had to discard her furniture. RICK the owner would not cover the cost to replace the furniture and said he is NOT RESPONSIBLE for rodents in the lockers.

    Reasonably priced / Well maintained / Secured

    Ricky the owner was very pleasant and helpful. It only took 10 minutes to fill out the paperwork. The storage units and property are well maintained and clean. I would suggest this place to any of my friends and family with full confidence. Thank you for making things easy.
