    I wish the locks and insurance would...

    Tracy at the Gadd Road location in...

    Tracy at the Gadd Road location in Chattanooga Tennessee goes above and beyond to make sure ALL of your storage needs are met. Realizing late in the day I needed another unit for a current move, Tracy was there(even after operating hours) to make sure that I had enough space for all of my stuff. She keeps the property spotless, and does a great job promoting the company. A true asset.

    Good experience, but some hidden fees.

    We got a good price on the storage unit but wasn't aware of the additional price of the insurance you had to get. After i thought a minute, it is a good thing to have. Another thing is the pricey lock that was added to the price.
