    Never told how to work the keypad to gate.

    Everyone was very nice. It would have helped if they would have given me instructions on how to open gate. After numerous tries I figured it out. Also, the unit was full of leaves and cobwebs. I had to go get a broom and clean it myself. I can’t complain about the rate..very reasonable.

    It was terrible and no discount the 2 months free advertised on the website

    A nightmare! Hired movers and a truck. I specially explained I would be moving in after hours. No address for facility, I210 was my unit. However it Not on the property. Went to FIVE, 5 other locations, no help no guidance. If I wasn’t in a bind to move I would RUN away and NEVER look back.
