    Staff outgoing and friendly

    The office manager was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process, office was clean and the entire rental process was easy . Would definitely recommend this facility.

    Faculty needs updated and repaired

    Doors on the unit was out of wak. Dead mice in the unit, grass growing by the unit door. Lots of trash and broken glass. Driveways in need of repaying. Staff was very friendly

    The Best Customer Service Ever!!!!

    I never rented a storage unit before. I got all my questions answered. The lady that helped me was so knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic, professional, courteous, and respectful. She walked me through the process and gave me the best unit for the size that I wanted. The unit was nice and clean right in the front as I desired. I recommend Simply Self Storage to anyone that want to be treated with VIP accomodations. Simply Self Storage you are the best and thank you to your friendly staff. Keep doing everything in excellence!
