Fair prices and good location is what I was looking for and 24 hour access

Lock is not fitting properly not as tight as it should be . The light switch/outlet that inside of the unit would have been a good thing to have if it worked to so that I could see inside of the locker at night.

Very hard to get in touch with anyone upfront at the desk. Doors be locked at certain times and the entry access be closed earlier than expected. Besides that the establishment is clean.

I rented this unit because extra space storage had raised they're prices so high that I could afford to keep it. The citizen storage is within my budget. I am on a fixed income, and extra space storage was charging way too much for the same size unit. Thank you citizen storage for maintaining not only your affordable rates, but your courteous service and security at the site.

Clean and nice units

Nice and clean unit to move into ,gated and security cameras haven't had any problem so far nice employee on site.

Camper stolen twice

We have been with them for a couple years. 1 - camper stolen twice - both times vandals knocked down a fence or pulled the gate over - I guess not their fault but maybe it is the location or more sturdy perimeter fencing 2 - Not clear communication on lock requirements - the locks are so unique I feel they should come with the storage unit.

Gate needs to be fixed or im moving out.

Employee's are great especially Terri and the whole facility is kept very clean.Terri is very quick and professional but if they dont get this gate fixed im moving and going somewhere else. Its a free for all at night so you would think the owner would hire over night security if he cared about his customers.
