I have to say if we had not been driving for over 13 hours and exhausted, I would have pulled out and found a new location. The unit I was given was suppossed to be 10 x 20.even though I ordered a 10 x 15, unit given was 10x 10.There was no one at the facility, for 30 minutes I called the manager on his cell phone, my boyfriend called an 800 number and got a woman who had no idea what she was talking about.All the while it is pouring rain. It was almost an hour before the manager called me back and gave me a different unit with a reduced price to unit I wanted. The place looks like a dump. I will not feel safe until my property is removed

Affordable DIY storage

I enjoy the 24 hour access and kiosk. I paid in cash, however, and did not receive change; just a credit towards my account. Keep that in mind if you are paying cash. The units are not in pristine shape, but that's not expected. The real winner here is the value and convenience to the interstate. There were also no instructions on how to enter your gate code, so it took a few minutes of mashing keys to figure it out. Not a bad little place overall for a short time keeping my stuff secure between moves.
