Office was clean when I walked in and was greeted with a smiling face when I walked in. Cherise was polite funny and personal. She spoke to me like a friend rather than a salesman. Public storage needs to keep her for a lifetime.

Amazing service! The cute clerk Cherese had an adorable personality. She was also very knowledgeable of her storage complex. The units were all clean and in proper working order. I'd recommend this site to anyone.

It's very stressful having to cleanout and store a loved ones belongings, but it was made so much easier because the person at your Elm Hill Pike storage facility in Nashville was cheerful and helpful, making the experience quick and painless. We had had a long day of sorting packing and driving, so all we really wanted by the time she saw us was to get finished. Everything went smoothly and all we had to do was unpack and go home. Thanks for helping a difficult situation not be so difficult.
