Fenced. Controlled access gate. I'm storing 32 ft travel trailer at fairly steep incline.

In addition to the excellent communication during the pre-arrival process, the facility itself is so very clean and accessible. The location is perfect and the climate control provide a level of confidence that my furnishings will be well kept in my absence.

The gentleman that helped me with the process was very courteous and went over the entire application. Both the building & the unit are easy to access and a cart was available to use when moving in.

UNFAIR RENT INCREASE

i RENTED THIS 10X15 UNIT IN SUMMER OF 2015 FOR $193 / MO. THIS DECEMBER I GOT NOTICE THAT MY RENT WAS INCREASED TO $204/ MO. I WENT ON INTERNET TO CHECK PRICES OF OTHER FACILITIES AND FOUND MY UNIT ON EXTRA STORAGE ADVERTISED AT $123/ MO. THEIR OFFER TO ME WAS TO TALK WITH MANAGEMENT TO TRY TO REDUCE IT BACK TO $193. CERTAINLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE FACILITY.

Walked in on a Saturday to see how they operate. Severity cameras were being watched and she was nice. Great establishment.
