Great customer service and great spot

It’s in a nice area and we lucked out with our spot in the lot. Front desk was very nice and it was great surprise to be greeted by the dog.

Horrible Service - Do not go here

I was desperate for a storage unit and I reserved a space online with a helpful agent. my boyfriend went by to pay and get the keys and they had no record of a reservation and they had given my storage unit to someone else. The man on the phone was very rude and not understanding at all. Do not depend on them for the reservation or customer service.

We had an issue with Corporate reserving a unit that was not available. As a matter of fact, the corporate reservation did not even show up in their records. With a rental truck full of furniture, a set return time for the return of the truck and an appointment time set for meeting realtors we were in a tight squeeze. Terri checked her records and she had a unit that was being vacated so she physically checked to see if it was empty yet. Fortunately the former renter had moved out so we gladly took it. Other places would have just sent us down the road, but Terri took the extra time and effort to accommodate us and help us meet our commitments. Thank you Terri, you really saved the day for us and we are very grateful for your extra effort.

I reserved online and next day I went on my lunch break and paperwork was quick and payment was simple and they made sure my gate code worked and showed me to my unit. Great and friendly customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

I had to move because the landlord gave only a 3 day notice to get out ur gws throwing our things out... this storage office has been good to us and understanding...

The Manager is very nice and helpful. The move-in process was smooth and easy. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage in the area.

The staff was very friendly. The storage units themselves were structurally in good shape, and clean. The security measures to protect the units does need improvements, and it is being addressed.
