    Unit was filthy when I went to move in.

    Unit was filthy when I went to move in. There is no one on site to address the issue so I had to call and get switched to a new unit. The new unit was not clean either. I had to go across the street to Dollar General and purchase a broom and dust pan to clean the unit that was supposed to be move in ready. I received a text later that evening inquiring if I had moved in and if I had any problems during my move in. When I responded that I did have problems I received nothing back.

    This was my second space I rented at Top Storage, everything is good.

    I have had nothing but good experiences with Top Storage. The rental process is easy, prices are below normal for this area, and the manager and customer service is great.

    Hassle free service and very quick!

    I was complaining on my way to the site because I was in a rush and I just knew that reservation was going to take uy time at Top Storage. Well, awesomely enough the manager was very attentive and swift. I was in the office for less than 20 minutes and out the door with a storage unit for 2 months instead of just one. On top of that, I was given a free lock for my unit as well. Thank you Top Storage!!
