The agent was very efficient and thorough! We received several communications regarding setting up the storage moving in in confirmation of getting into our storage. Would recommend to anyone looking for exceptional storage!

Customer service was good, climate control was BOT.

Looking for climate controlled storage to prevent mold as wife is deathly allergic to mold. When I physically checked out a climate controlled unit, it was hotter and more humid in the unit than it was outside on this sunny August day. Temperature had to be close to 80 degrees and humidity was probably in the high 70s. Why pay extra for those conditions? We chose an outdoor unit and will just be careful about what is stored there. Was able to move in quickly, but electronic paper work took longer than need as I was sent an authorization for payment form which would not work no matter what I tried. Had to call 2 days later when office was open to find out that since I had paid my deposit with a credit card that was what they were going to use. When giving the credit card for the deposit I specifically ask if I could do an ACH Bank payment for the monthly fee, and was told yes. I didn’t know I had to call back to change it! There were leaves and debris that had blown into the unit under the door as well as dead bugs and live spiders.

Moved in same-day

I called to reserve a unit as I was having to move out of my house on very short notice. Jamie at the Johnson City office was friendly and efficient and got me taken care of in under 10 minutes and then I was able to move my things in the same day. The entire process was quick and painless.

Friendly Staff

I have had a storage unit here for approx 6 years. The staff is friendly and very informative. I just wish that they would not cut the locks off so quick for late payments. You should wait until the unit actually goes to auction.
