    Skeptical at first but satisfied in the end

    I was skeptical about giving my information over the phone after reserving my potential storage unit on-line. After speaking with the gentlemen from customer service I was confident enough to give it a try. He was extrememly helpful and thorough when explaining the details entailed in renting my storage unit over the phone. He answered all the questions.i asked; even the silly ones. By the end of the conversation I was genuinely impressed and satisfied with my experience and would recommend to all and any of my friends and family.

    Easy to setup and Sherrie accomodating and genuinely concerned

    Door to inside storage could use a handle but all else great. Clean, well lit inside and plenty outside. Staff accommodating and attentive to our needs. Great experience setting up from 3 states away.
