    Came for the price, impressed by the service.

    Customer service is by phone, but that keeps prices down. I have spoken with two employees there in PA, and both were professional, helpful and beyond helpful. THIS is what customer service should be like universally. Simple form to fill out, easy instructions to follow, should have moved in sooner.
