Not secure

My unit was broken into in the 1st week of moving in. NO emergency help available so there was no HELP to secure my belongings! I had to keep recalling to talk to management and was told that they are closed on Wednesdays so they would not return calls even in emergency. I was also told by management that there are only cameras at the front gate so they can not see anywhere else on the property. 7 calls in and I still have not talked to the general manager. I have 3 units and 2 of them have been tampered with. This place sucks! The police officer refused to leave me alone until I had someone come there with me. He said he has been there several times!

Broken in to days after moving in

This place is not safe. The police said they've been there several times for break ins and no cameras are in the area besides the front gate. My unit was broken into where they pulled the door open bc it's that flemsy. The lock was still on the door and they robbed 1/2 my unit. There is no emergency help so my unit was not secured after being robbed even after I found it. After calling again the next day, the ofc mgr finally called after 1pm and said they were closed on Wednesday and do not answer calls on her day off even for emergencies. She confirmed that cameras are only outside at the front. She told me to call my insurance co since I didn't buy there's. They made no efforts to secure my unit even though the robbers knew what else was in my unit and could come back. She said they can't watch the unit 24/7. I said that's what cameras and security is for. She said she would have her manager call in an hour and it's 3 hrs later 6 calls from me and no return call. DON'T COME HERE! I now have to pay to move to another storage place. Call me lawyer! Go all over social media and tell my story! This ONE SUCKS!!!!!

wonderful customer service

The lady behind the desk clearly knew what I needed. I was going for the 5x5 bit she described how big it was and I upgraded to a 5x10. This was just enough room.
