Love this place it helped me make my move easier the only problem I had was I got locked out of elevator and had left my storage door wide open when I went downstairs then could not go up and lock it because of it closing at 9pm on the dot. It was my fault for not watching the time so I leave this as a warning for other newbies.Watch the clock. It turned out ok because I went this morning and locked it.

Super Easy Process

Property was clean and organized, Easy access with the APP in the hours that fit my needs. Rental unit was clean and ready to go as promised on the day of our rental.

Not “Covered” Vehicle Storage

Website says “10x30 foot, outdoor, covered parking”. I called to confirm and set up reservation, was told it is covered and that as long as my RV is less than 12’ tall it would fit. I was very clear that I was looking for covered parking meaning some type of overhang. Next call was from management and was told that is was not “covered” and that the ad stating “covered” meant that the owner of the vehicle could cover the vehicle. WHAT? Sorry, covered parking means covered parking meaning an overhang or some type of roof covers the parking space. False advertising. Will not be using this facility ever.

The manager was very professional and very helpful. The account was very easy to set up. The storage unit was in excellent condition. To get into storage unit is very easy, with the pass code, and key to lock the unit will keep everything safe.
