Storage rooms, fence, security cameras but no honest customer service.

When i first called about a parking space for my RV, i asked to see it first to make sure the spot was accessible to back into but i got a rude reply "We don't do tours." Ok so you don't have anyone on site, but we have the right see what we are paying for. I come back a year later take a spot unseen, elect not pay the extra insurance fee because my RV is fully covered already. I set up autopay with credit card but the following month i got charged twice, so i called and wanted credit for the double payment and again i get rude response "You will have to send your credit card statement to prove it, only then you will get your money back." I had to call my bank and dispute the charge for the refund. Next month the auto payment didn't go through so instead calling me i get a couple rude emails threatening that i'm past due i've been locked out and if i don't pay the months rent, late fee(plus the insurance charge)there will be a lien on my property. I paid the trumped up fee and moved my RV to Public Storage onsite service, who will call or text if late or if auto pay doesn't go through. No more incompetence, threats or extortion.

Easy Breezy

I hadn't rented a storage unit in 20 years. I called the number, had all my questions answered, rented online and they sent the contract via email. I signed it, received my code to enter and when I pull up to the facility and enter my code, there is a personilzed message for me. The unit was clean the first time and the facilities have been neat and clean everytime I have been by. For me this experience has been "Easy Breezy" and the rates, at least in my area, are VERY competitive.
