Access gate and building A4

Got to location at 7:15.on the day I was booked for. (Saturday) Received gate code by email but did not work when I arrived. I had to wait till 8am to speak with building virtual associate. Threshold to high when using cart which created items to fall off the cart when entering building A4 entrance.

Awesome and great price

The price of the storage unit worked perfectly in my budget! The unit was clean and appeared pest free. There was no smell or messes inside the building. Buildings looked well kept. I had an issue getting in the gate on day one but while they were closed I was able to speak to someone who was able to get me inside over the phone.

Way too many price increases

While the facility is good, the price for my storage unit has increased 2.5 times in one year, and now they are requiring that I use their lock for an additional $5.99 per month. I haven't been in the unit since I placed the items there, so I don't need an electronic lock, but it is mandatory that I use theirs.

Poor customer service.

My code did not get set up the day before I moved. I couldn't get anyone to help me until 2pm even though the office opened at noon. I had hired someone to help me with moving because I'm handicapped. I had to pay for 4 hours of him just sitting around. When I finally got into my unit it was very dirty and unswept even though the sign said it was to be swept upon vacating. Obviously no one checked to see if this was done but they made time to put a lock on it. How hard would it have been to lift the door and look inside. So I had to get my helper to clean the unit for me. The entire move in experience was very disappointing
