    Amazing Deal on a Large Unit

    I still cant believe the deal I got on a 10 x 15 climate controlled unit. I am paying half of what I was at my prior facility with double the space. The facility was clean and move in through the app was painless.

    The unit was found to be clean and easily accessible. Great rates.

    Overall impression is great. The monthly rates were very competitive. In fact, I relocated furniture from another storage company to life Storage.

    Nice facility but need better staffing

    The person who showed the unit did a GREAT job but the day before, when we showed up to do the paperwork, the office was closed. This is after the 800 number said their hours were until 6 pm - they were closed when we arrived at 5:20 pm. Found out they were closed the whole day because of staffing issues. Not good.

    Brand new storage unit with choices of spaces

    The employee there Kale was very helpful showing me units to compare before making a decision the sign up process was easy! And who can be upset with month to month as a choice!
