    Overall everything worked out great

    The introductory price we got was great. I was worried about getting in because we arrived after office hours but the app worked great opening the gate for us. Things went smoothly.

    Robin is amazing!

    Robin is amazing and helped us pick the perfect space for us to store our RV. The site is very clean and free of debris that can harbor pests. We also like that she lives on site.

    Robin was absolutely amazing! She found me a convenient unit to rent at the right price. Robin explained the rental terms and the insurance requirements in a clear and professional manner, then she walked me to the unit, made sure it was clean and showed me how the lock worked! I will continue to call upon Robin and Public Storage whenever I have need, beyond my home's capacity!

    Robin Lynch, the Property Manager at this Public Storage facility does an exceptional job. She has always greeted us by name. If there are any issues she takes notes and acts on them if follow up is needed. The property is always clean and in great shape. We intend to be Public Storage customers on Hilton Head for a long time,.

    The facility is clean, well protected, and convenient. They had storage for my personal items as well as my tag along trailer. The management was extremely cordial and helpful answering all questions that we had as well as accommodating us with a replacement lock for our unit when our lock became unusable. I recommend the facility to anyone needing long or short term storage.

    Exceptional staff

    From the time I reserved online, until I signed papers, the staff was exceptionally nice and incredibly helpful. Robin took the time to answer ALL my questions and even called a couple days later to make sur everything was ok. Great job!
