    Pricing seems to be not well handled

    I spoke with a representative Missy) about a week before arriving and then again the day before to see if I need to do anything in prep for arriving. On both times the price was confirmed. When I arrived, I was surprised to learn the price had gone up roughly 80%. The manager, Ashley, said that the price quoted would be honored and that management would make adjustments to my charges to do so, so I paid the higher amount due to being put on the spot upon arrival. The people I was working with were kind and courteous.

    Nice, new and great staff

    Very nice new facility. Everything ready upon our arrival. Staff were friendly and helpful. Happy to have our stuff there. Would gladly recommend to others.
