    Good unit for the price.

    Wish there was an actual person at the office but it went OK. The person on the screen was very nice and helpful. The unit itself was a good size but very dirty. Spider webs all over and floor had to be swept before we moved in.

    Calling customer service is bad!!

    I had a problem getting into my last unit. I called customer service and they had me waiting 45 mins in the sun before they called me back.

    Don't waste your money anywhere else rent midguard storage

    Justine is the most compassionate professional, kind customer service representative you could ask for. I wouldn't run another storage anywhere else. I'm glad they bought out extra space. Storage prices are fair people are friendly and your stuff is safe lots of cameras
