    Climate Controlled But AC Out for Weeks

    Paying for two units of climate controlled storage. AC has been out now for weeks. Nobody in the office. No way to get to a human via chat or phone. Totally broke. Stay away!!

    I needed 2 units pick this one. Drove 7 hours to get there. Ms Sonya was there and was wonderful. After several hours of work it was done. Ms Sonya took the time to talk to us explained everything and then she give us directions to go get gas drop off u haul and where our hotel was.She was great what an asset to that company.I strongly advise anyone needing storage check her place out. Clean plenty of carts cameras what more could you ask for.

    I went from 10x10 it it to 10x15 unit...

    I went from 10x10 it it to 10x15 unit that has a/c for more than half the cost. Super clean and safe. I tried to have you match the price but would not negotiate. I don't understand that logic so left.
