From the beginning of getting me registered on the phone up until checking in at the desk everyone was extremely helpful and very polite. The customer service is great!

Overall the building and storage itself was great ЁЯШК

The young lady at the front desk was very unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. She said she was the manager and that was appalling. When working in customer service it is very important to treat all customers with respect. Other than that mishap with the manager who was reported. I would definitely recommend prime storage.

Your reasons for storing things may vary, but one thing is certain... you want everything back just like you left it. Maybe you haven't opened some of those boxes for years but that doesn't make your property any less valuable. Prime Storage provides a secure, clean place for your valuable property. The staff is there to help during regular business hours and they perform regular security checks throughout the day. There are ample heavy-duty loading carts and you can purchase locks or use your own. I feel confident that the business equipment and personal items I stored are safe, and secure, and will be there when I need. Oh... and I nearly forgot. Prime Storage was $30 less than their closest competitor! Seems like when I walked into Prime Storage I stumbled on a great deal. I couldn't recommend them any higher.

10 x 10 unit

Good so far. Only complaint low lighting in my corner unit... And the 10 x 10 unit is huge.!
