Very clean & secure

I’ve utilized a 5x10 air controlled unit for almost a year and it’s been great. They’re on the job with watching our units. Once I didn’t close the door completely, but was able to put my lock on. I was contacted almost immediately that my door wasn’t locked securely. Upon inspection it was less than an inch from closing… now that’s security!

Clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. And I like having my own personal entry code.

My only issue is getting things...

My only issue is getting things repaired and entry times. Had a light with out pull string when I moved in and still is not fixed 5 months. Ask to have access to different hours (just in case). Mgr cant not approve and email District Manger and never responded. I called and left messages and she never returned my messages

Nia was awesome, she made sure I chose the right size storage for my stuff since I was moving from out of town. She answered all of my questions. Nia was very nice and patient through the whole process, even with my antsy 5 yr old asking a million questions. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a storage unit to go in and speak with Nia.

We rented a storage unit for our daughter and were very pleased. They have excellent customer service, it was easy to use and there were no problems whatsoever.
