    Excellent online experience

    Move in was quick and easy from the moment I booked it online to the moment I moved everything in. A complimentary lock was there upon arrival and I enjoyed the simple gate access.

    The associate and facility was fine

    The associate and facility was fine. I didn't like the move in for $1 bait. When in actuality it wasn't. It's a fee charged and a lot of additional up selling. Made me kinda reconsider moving my stuff there. I like for things to be up front. That's my only gripe. The move in was $1 plus administration fee and insurance if you don't already have it. But the online process was superb and the associate was amazing and had a well kept facility.

    The recent annual increase in rates was a surprise. Seems like that is a quick way to make some easy money under the "cost of business" excuse.

    Ms. Debbie is the most patient and professional person I've met in a business in a long time. I'm Ms. L-B, and I wish everyone could be as nice as her when I have to take care of business. Ms. Debbie, I don't know if you could see this, but, if I could give you an extra $7.50 an hour, I would. Many blessings to you, thank you for being patient and kind.

    The property is tight parking when you first get there, but the units are nice and clean. Debbie is extremely friendly and definitely lets you know that she wants you to be satisfied. I'm so appreciative that she was friendly and willing to make conversation while answering any questions I had. Definitely the best choice to store your stuff.
