Not As Advertised

Climate Control is partially broken; nearly 100 degrees on second floor for days. Loading dock largely blocked by auto repair business in back. Only 2 carts for entire building. Elevator is cargo only—stairs for people—and they lock the elevator when office closes. Hasn’t been cleaned in half a year. Lights don’t all work and wandering through half the building in total darkness to find motion sensor is unsafe. No wayfinding signage at all. Fence and entry door locks don’t look like much. Office lady really nice but the facility is the least nice I’ve ever used.

I just opened a storage unit, and the signup and registration were so smooth and professional! The process of viewing the storage unit and paperwork took less than 15 minutes. The staff was amicable insightful, especially Sherry, the awesome intake person! The facility’s air quality and the temperature were on point and very clean! Super Friendly and Helpful

This is a family run storage and office space business. The managing couple is very friendly, going out of their way to help us. We were moving to the area, so they processed our paperwork remotely. When we got there they brought us dollies to use at no charge, and found us a larger unit when it turned out we needed one (even saving us a little money.)

This facility offered me a bigger space at a lower price.

I recommend Beltline Storage & Office Center over other local storage units for climate controlled storage. It is easy to access. I feel that my possessions are safe from theft, damage and humidity.
