    Storage to Move

    The office was closed during my appointment to get my storage. I was giving a number to call to do my paperwork over the phone. It took well over an hour due to needing approval to honor my online discount when I reserved my unit. It was not honored but my Admin fee was waived and I was given another deal. I also didn’t know I was going to have to pay for a lock, even though I already had one. So my initially payment was more than expected. The customer service associate that helped me was very nice and patient. Overall I would have liked to do my paperwork in person instead of over the phone. But I was pleased with my unit and how clean everything was.
