    The staff was extremely knowledgeable...

    The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure i got the unit i needed. I have only 2 areas in which I could see improvement. The facility not being 24 hours. Just because you never know when you NEED something, and being unable to reserve the unit online. I knew what I needed/wanted and could've handled the entire process online. I see where some people need someone to hold their hand through the process, I am not one of those people. That being said, I cannot say enough about the manager at my facility. She was/is wonderful!

    Ron is an outstanding agent!

    Ron received my online reservation and promptly called me to finalize the details. When I arrived, he reviewed the agreement effectively and efficiently. His excellent customer service made the process very convenient. I highly recommend the Public Storage on Ashley Phosphate in North Charleston where Ron will make storage the easiest part of your move.
