    Polite and rude service... it's a GAMBLE

    One of the ladies was very polite and went above and beyond the service and the other 1 was very combative wanting to sell the reservation to someone else via phone so the person who is locally is outstanding and then the other 1 isn't and then all of the customer service over the phone are wretchedly rude
