888 number saved me

The most horrible experience ever there was nobody there to help me move in. There was literally a padlock on the and then you know that I needed to move into if it wasn’t for the 888 number I wasn’t that would’ve been able to move in like they literally had to change my storage unit just for me to move in like I waited for about an hour and a half the worst customer Service ever. Lucky I don’t need storage units often but this will never yeah no I’m not being a customer. It’s telling anybody about this because like how do you leave people just waiting for hours like I wasn’t the only one waiting for the office either. Is I can wait I have stuff to do by one like y’all are supposed to be open at 10 y’all got a sign up saying that y’all be back at 11 it’s literally 11 there’s nobody here. There’s no communication there’s no number besides that 888 number even then they looked they said yeah there was nobody in the office like how are y’all a business? Are y’all not even in the office for hours like I think by the time somebody showed up it was definitely passed like one. Which is ridiculous to how people waiting from 10 to 1 and y’all literally said that y’all will be back at 11 like it’s ridiculous to have people waiting that long just to remove a lot at that y’all shouldn’t even put a padlocks on empty unit either way. Like y’all supposed to be using them little blue tags. It’s ridiculous the customer Service service man but I’m just grateful that 888 number existed. That’s the only reason why I was able to move in.
