Great place for storing your extra stuff

Have used this place twice now. If needed in the future I'll use them again.

Rented a "climate controlled" unit. Was EXTREMELY humid in there...

Rep told me it was set at 80°F, seems excessively warm and wet for 80° but we shall see.

My unit was dirty, but overall facility was very clean. Being required to get insurance for such a small unit (filled with stuff of no real value) made it pricier than it should have been, but no one else had such small units. Overall though, I would rent from them again.

Everything was fine. The keypad is kind of in an awkward place but that's not so bad.

HORRIBLE business ethics!

This business is absolutely horrible. They have the business ethics way below any standards I have EVER run into. They raise their prices without letting you know, they are absurdly over priced and their pay system, when working is a nightmare. I have used the Sturbridge, Ma storage facility and have spoken to other folk who are currently using their units....... 100% of the people feel the same and are looking for other places as we speak. There are many more in the area with tiger units at the price. HEED THIS WARNING! You will waste valuable energy moving your things into this waste of space and money, plus it is at a dead end road and there are always creepy guys parked at the entrance just watching you go in and out, very bizarre.

At this time I would not recommend the facility due to the security. There is a problem with the system and the gate remains open. I was told it would be at least a week before it will be serviced. This is not acceptable considering what I pay a month for a small space.

The experience was great and would be willing to use them again and tell other about them as well
