while I am still reacting to the cost of renting space - especially air conditioned/heated space on the first floor - the process could not have been smoother or easier. They're so nice and easy to work with and everything you need is thought of.

Kid needed a place to store his college stuff.

decent facility, poor customer service

I reserved a unit at CubeSmart Exton and on the day I was moving in, I was told I could use a CubeSmart rental truck for free. It would have been nice to know that BEFORE I had pulled into their lot with a moving truck that I had already rented. Additionally, I was not told I would need to have insurance prior to my arrival. I would have taken out a policy with my insurance company to save money - but instead I was forced to use the insurance co. that they use just so that I could move my stuff in, and the rate is much higher than what I'd pay through my insurance company. A poor customer service experience overall.

Facilty is top notch. Well maintained and well lit with great security. Bambi was informative and friendly. She made the app process a breexe. Pricing and promotional were my biggest draw to CubeSmart.

Great Storage Facility and Service

I needed a quick storage solution and found CubeSmart online. They had a great deal and reservation was extremely fast and easy. Onsite service was friendly and efficient. I was hit with a coupe of unexpected costs (processing and lock) but not huge. Storage facility very clean. So fay, very impressed!

An acceptable storage place

This facility is clean, all ground floor units are climate controlled, many security cameras with motion detectors. The only thing i didn't like is that the unit walls don't go up to the ceiling, but there are bars across this section between units.

My experience was just fun Debbie n Bambi are amazing employees of cube smart of Sexton pa. I was smiling n laughing n felt very comfortable. They are both very informative o their jobs n the facility they work at. This is my first time ever renting a storage unit n I can honestly say I'm extremely happy with the facility n would reccomend that specific facility to all of my friends n family simply because it f Debbie n Bambi n I feel very safe n trusting of my things knowing that they work there n are watching my things your very satisfied customer James tolomeo

Never used self storage before so I do t have anything to compare it to but this place and it's employees are amazing. Would recommend this place to everyone.
