Fast and prompt service with little to no hassle. Up sale was harsh but understandable. Understood the value of time.

The experience was good. Only problem I have is the hours. Most days I get off a half to a hour before you close and can't get there in time to get into my storage

The staff

The staff, while usually friendly and courteous, was not punctual. The site is supposed to open at 9:30 and no one arrived until 9:40. The employee spent the entire time on the phone, offering no apologies for being late. It is frustrating when dealing with someone who doesn't value your time.

This was my first time using a storage...

This was my first time using a storage bin and I must say it was good experience...the staff was courtesy and helpful...the size of the storage bin was perfect for my usage...the down fall I've there was no light in the bins.

Wow, talk about customer service. I came in to the Public Storage on Market St., asking about information about purchasing boxes. As I walked in, I was greeted by Chris. He seem to know his stuff. He was very informative, also gave me information about their boxes and storage packs. He was very helpful. Thank you Chris for being so awesome. The world needs more people like you.

Rosemary was extremely busy with other customers as I walked in. At that time she said ( hello it's nice to meet You! welcome to public storage how may I assist you today? It was the way she said it.. I felt comfortable.. She answer all my Q&A one of the nicest people .
