My 8x10 storage was just perfect for my condo items!

The administrative team were very helpful many times when I needed to get in or help with lock… I feel that Cube Smart is a safe place for all of my items!!!

Great Service!

Theresa was so friendly and helpful! She explained everything clearly and answered any questions we had to our satisfaction. The only reason we didn't rate 5 stars was because we had to punch our code in every time we needed the doors to open to put our belongings in our storage unit but understood that is for the security of your clientele! That was a little inconvenient only because we were unloading a 15ft U-Haul and had to make many trips, but overall, it was a great experience!

Stress Free Check In

It was an absolute pleasure checking in with Theresa and Matt! They are SO helpful and nice! I am relocating to Phoenixville from Scranton. New job, new city, new apartment, new EVERYTHING and it can become very stressful! Having the complete trust in where to store my belongings until I am "officially" moved in September 15th was very important to me. I found that with Theresa and Matt! I can't thank them enough!

Didn't not stand behind price guarantee

Reserved online and when I went to complete my reservation the day before I was to move in I was told the the discounts no longer applied. The site representative called his boss I was told there is nothing they could do and that was the price. Deceptive pricing and poor customer service.

Great Facility

im very happy with my storage unit it was very easy I did everything online with no problems. The storage Facility is very secure I feel safe going there by myself . Its very clean easy accessible . The only thing I wish it was 24 hours . but overall very happy !!
