I got to use my storage unit for the first time recently. Price and unit is awesome! However, I absolutely hate that it's pitch black at night. Loading up at night alone as a female is already a bit unsettling.... put me in the dark and anyone could creep up on me. The exit keypad is located in a weird spot. That's me picking. I do like the unit though.

The property manager was courteous and answered all my questions. The lease agreement is reasonable. Storage area is clean and well kept.

I went to store on Byberry Rd and the property manager Jodi was so helpful and so professional. She walked me through everything step by step. She was great!!

Jodi was very thorough and awesome and explained everything in detail so I understood. I couldn't have asked for a better saleswoman. Very friendly and smiled a lot. Definitely recommend this place to my friends.
