    Excellent customer service

    Cindy was super helpful and extremely friendly. I was having a hectic day and called her a little before closing and she stayed after hours so we could sign paper work and get the unit number. I was able grab my trailer and bring it there which saved me time in the long run which is invaluable at the moment. Thank you Cindy!

    The Facility and the employees are fabulous but don't use sparefoot.

    I was not aware when I called sparefoot that this was not actually the facility. The person I spoke to did not have the correct information. If yo want to get the info right call the actual facility. That said, the place is fabulous! Cindy is the bomb and Tina was super great as well. I came from Storage sense on Armandhammer Blvd and they are AWFUL!!! Stay away!The place is filthy and full of mice and the "Manager Mark " could care less. He is not helpful and his customer service skills are horrible. Come to Budget and you won't regret it!

    Excellent sign up, immaculate facility

    Cindy was extremely helpful and competent with our sign up, and questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility. Just a note, bring your own dolly or hand truck.

    Nice place

    New clean facility. Well lit easy access I didn’t compare prices because I’m looking for convenience and this fits the bill. Seems very secure

    Perfect

    It was so easy to reserve a storage unit. We ended up going before the scheduled date but was able to see and rent the space we needed. Great facility!
