Great location with need of extra service and amenities

The location is conveniently located and is very clean. Glad it has climate controlled units. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish the location in Malvern/Frazier, PA where I rent a storage unit had more than 2 carts for use. One person was up in their unit with both carts while I entered the facility and I had to wait until a cart was returned- frustrating as my storage place in MA has plenty of carts available for customers to use. Also wish you had two employees working at the desk so someone is always available- Bought boxes at the Uhaul store because no one was at the Front desk when I stopped by during business hours.

So far the experience has been nothing short of quick, easy, convenient, and helpful. Staff is friendly and helpful and the units are in good condition and it helps makes people feel safe.

Rich was super helpful. He assured me the property was secure after the unit keys were lost in the mail. When I got to the unit he helped me carry a bulky item into my car. He re-secured the unit with new keys and a entry code in case lost keys and security code to unit had ended up in the wrong hands when lost.

Rich at this location was awesome! Friendly, personable, professional. He took the time to show us around the property, our unit, and explained everything. He made the process easy and painless. The property is the best kept, nicest storage facility I have ever used. Rich even made a one week follow up courtesy call to make sure everything was going well and we were happy with the property. Who does that?!?! That's what I call customer service. Thanks again Rich, we appreciate all your help.

I have been with this Public Storage for four years and have seen at least three managers prior to Rich Burns. By far the best of all. Always pleasant to talk to and quick to respond to inquiries. The cleanliness of the facility, from restrooms to individual units, has improved over the last six months. Probably because of the enthusiasm of Rich, I have no reason to look for a better storage facility. Don't let this guy get away

I went to the Public Storage location in Malvern, PA and it was a wonderful experience! Rich, the property manager, was inviting and very professional. He did a great job explaining everything to me and answered all of my questions. The location was also very neat and clean. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is in need of short or long term storage!

I went into the Frazer location to purchase a few boxes,and I was greeted with such hospitality and professionalism from gelana. She was pleasant and patient and also saved me a couple of dollars by recommending the quick pack,which met all of my needs. It was such a pleasure coming to this location,as I will patronize them in the future. Thank you MS. Harrison

Rich Burns was friendly and helpful. He was very thorough in his explanations that made the process very easy to understand. I also didn't feel as if he was trying to just offer me things to rack up the price. He was honest and genuine. The space was well kept with good lighting. It also has great competitive prices. I would definitely recommend this storage site to everyone.

I really enjoyed my experience with Marty, he was a great with customer service and would recommend him to anyone.

Good but not great.

I am disappointed that I must exit my car to enter the code when exiting the yard. It is poorly located. I also complained that the gate to my unit will not stay open. I was advised I will have to wait for an outside vendor to come in and repair it.

Great experience so far!

From the first time I called, I had a great experience with Summer and then similarly great experience with Stephanie when I signed the contracts. The storage spaces are clean and they were very helpful in reviewing the options available.

Drama free storgae

The most important thing about this place was how clean it was. The last thing I wanted was my son's college stuff to be in a dirty, dank storage unit. Everyone was pleasant, place felt safe and I will not worry about his stuff until August when he moves back into his dorm.
