    Some of the best customers service

    Amazing customer service some of the best I've had!!! This facility could use another elevator though it does get crowded. The homeless also take advantage of the bathrooms which I haven't used. Super easy to get in and out and flexible.

    Seamless moving in process - no complaints at all.

    Very easy process. Found the place with no problem, it felt secure, and the units were clean and climate controlled. Happy with my experience so far.

    Jesse has great customer service skills .

    Jesse was very helpful ! He went out of his way to show us a couple of units base in why we said we had to put in storage . Fast elevators , plenty of carts , ease of parking .

    Brand new facility, clean and convenient - in Northern Liberties

    This facility is brand new, very clean, and in excellent condition, right in the middle of Northern Liberties. It opened just recently. Access is easy off Spring Garden St near Columbus Blvd, and there is parking inside the building. You drive in, unload, and drive out. La'mon and Jesse in the office were extremely helpful. You can't go wrong!
