    Rough

    The office staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The office was immaculate. The parking area we are designated to, however is in rough shape. Uneven and edges drop off. Storage buildings look good, inside unknown. Otherwise can recommend this site.

    Great price and friendly staff.

    They were very friendly and it was supper affordable! Vehicle storage is outside so just remember to bring stuff to cover your seats.

    My experience with the company was amazing. They had my unit ready the very next day. Cleaned and prepared. Easy to access and the people were very friendly.

    Inconsiderate of clients time

    A little perturbed that I drove 35 minutes to pay for my storage unit only to have the doors locked and nobody answering the phone. I eventually found another number on their website and called. It was a male who told me to call the previous number in which I had already called several times. So I hung up and tried this number yet again and of course no answer. I tried to call this gentleman back and I was sent to his vmail...so I texted him and informed him that had I not been desperate for a storage unit that I'd absolutely never use this company again. Of course he texted me right back and said he was sorry he was away and couldn't help me. About 20 minutes after I got a call from Kelly (the female) who informed me that she had to run to another business to deal with something. She said she's on her way back to the office. So yea that was my experience. I did go back and stayed with them but only because I am on a time constraint. To top it off, I had spoken to Kelly earlier in the day and told her I would be there close to 5i'clock and she had my number (I gave it to her then and also in one of my 10 other calls) so there was no reasonable not to receive a call from her before her other issues arose. Not a happy camper but it seems this is how businesses run today.
