Taonya- The Castle Shannon manager was super helpful and on the ball when I went to get a 10x25 unit last week. She was very efficient, courteous, and thorough. I would definitely recommend going to this storage unit. It’s very bright light and temperature controlled and very safe. They had plenty of boxes for sale too. And the doors are “Smart Doors” Bonus! I feel comfortable when I’m here.

Easy Move-In Experience

Wishing the elevators were bigger, more industrial in a sense, for bigger furniture. Was kind of tight, but we made it work.

One phone call to reserve the unit, we were told about all fees AHEAD OF TIME with no surprises, and one call back was all it took. Everything was done electronically through email. With a first month payment of a $1, we paid the admin fee, bought the $15 a month insurance and paid $20 for the lock, but you can bring your own. The final price for our lease was less than the advertised price! Woohoo! The facility itself is clean, safe (with tons of cameras) and had rollers provided to help move items. They're a community watch policy and I felt no reason not to simply leave my truck open while I unloaded solo and while I was there a couple of people were also unloading while solo. I only am rating 4 stars though because the elevators for non-first floor units do not fit larger furniture. We could not load our couch, wedding hutch, or crafting table. The elevator is standard size. I've not been in other facilities so I'm sure that this is standard practice and if my wife and I tried harder we probably could have gotten it loaded. Fantastic place! Cannot recommend it enough.

The numbering of the units was a little confusing. We thought we were on the first floor, but that's actually two levels down, I think? Other than that, the unit was nice and clean. It was ready for us to get started as soon as we got there, which was super helpful. The staff also seems to be very kind and friendly from the few I've interacted with. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Reserved a 10тАЩx5тАЩ, itтАЩs really *almost* 10тАЩx4тАЩ, oddly shaped. No, iтАЩm sorry I donтАЩt have time to look at more of ur units or other storage facilities, but thank you... Bring ur own tape measure, they donтАЩt own any. Investigate insurance prior, as it's a requirement. But, donтАЩt worry, they have their own and you can get your own later/change to urs... Oh well. Guess I expected too much & was too unprepared compared to other storage facilities IтАЩve used. ЁЯд╖ЁЯП╗тАНтЩАя╕П

Found this storage facility in a hurry. Very impressed with everything about it. We made our move in a hurry from a very large home to a 2 bedroom apartment. We had things with no room to put them. Thank you. Very impressive place. Our son is going to move from the facility where he is now to a larger storage area with you!
