I have a unit here for a while and I have to give a 5 star to rosemary there was an uncomfortable and very upset customer in there and rosemary wow what a job she defused the issue and had the customer happy and laughing she really does know how to get people to calm down and has a way to make them happy.. I had to write this in Google cause ROSEMARY is a real customer service base to this location... She is really one of the best I seen at this location.

Rosemary is absolutely a great employee I had a wonderful experience with her she has help me tremendously. She answered all my questions and concerns, she also help me find a great storage unit for everything. I would defiantly recommend her to anyone I know. She is very polite and professional.

I have two storage lockers and never had a problem, the staff is great and I never had any issues with locker's.

Public Storage shares with its clients the advantages of a high quality and modest priced facility at a convenient location.

During this special time of re-locating and expanding my work service capacity, Public Storage provides the ideal location to help accomplish my goals. The clean, well lit facility with excellent hours to access my possessions is exactly what is needful to support my schedule. My only request is that the restroom consistently be made available for client use when visiting our unit before or after work Sunday through Saturday. That would make Public Storage a 100 Percenter in my book.

Excellent Customer Service - Satisfied Customer

I am selling my house and need to empty it as much as I can. To do this I needed a place to store stuff. I consider portable storage bins but decided to go with Public Storage. I used their website to find facilities close to me and decide what size bin to get. I needed to call customer service to make a reservation. It was my choice because I did not see the promotional deals at the facility in my home town. The gentleman I talked with was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained my options to me and my decision was easy. I chose the facility a little further from my home because it was more cost effective. Within 5-10 minutes of my making my reservation online I received a call from a female employee to set up an appointment to review and sign the paperwork. The next day I brought my wife out to the facility to see it and confirm I the size bin I chose met our needs. At the facility we met Carla (I believe). She gave us a tour of the facility explaining how things worked. We were able to get a bin close to a door which is very convenient. A few days later I met again with Carla to sign the paperwork and receive an orientation to how the facility operates. The facility is very clean bright and well-run. I feel safe being there and my belongings are very secure. The staff are knowledgeable professional courteous and friendly. Carla at the Berwyn, PA facility is wonderful! As the "face" of your business you could not have a better customer service representative. She's outstanding and is worth more money that what she's paid.
