    The latch on my storage unit is Bent...

    The latch on my storage unit is Bent and I can barely get the lock on and off and it's really frustrating and really annoying and I think I have to go buy my own goddamn. Lock because the goddamn latches is so bent it's aggravating and annoying as hell to me

    "EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

    My experience was a great one. I made my reservation Elicia contacted me to come in and firm things up. Point is .. I work in NY Elicia waited for me I didn't get there till 6:00 when they were closing. This is "Excellent' Customer Service! The property is well kept and very secure. Elicia & Tracy very kind and helpful. BIG BONUS I checked several places out and Public Storage is the very leased expensive. I would recommend everyone to use Public Storage, when your moving or need extra storage space. Thank you! Kim Fisher
