    Easy check-in process, would recommend!

    Easy process to acquire and check-in to the unit. Able to do everything online, didn’t even need to stop at the office. Free, sealed lock provided too!

    Need a different initial on line contact system

    The only thing I disliked was my initial call where I spoke with people with limited English who new nothing about the area I lived. You'd be better off just having a completely computerized response that who just generate maps of locations near you or the place you're moving to.

    Very quick customer service same day move in

    I would definitely recommend!

    The manager on duty was super nice and helpful. Showed me all the units I wanted to see and helped me pick the right one I needed. Helped me set everything up and I moved in that day!
